Window counting

This page is our window counting page. If you want an estimate click on our "home page"

When charging "per window" it's important to define what a window is. We try to simplify it by explaining most windows have two panes of glass and some have screens. If it's 1 pane of glass it may only count as 1/2 a window for example or a 3 pane window may count as 1.5 windows for billing purposes. Here's some visual examples of window counting to help us be on the same page...

2. Single window example: (two panes of glass and may include a screen)

3. Here's two examples of windows that count as 1.5 because they have 3 panes of glass

4. Examples of two windows: Being side by side doesn't mean it's "one window". Notice there's 4 panes of glass and two separate screens.

Our goal with estimates and billing is to make life easy for you! We charge a flat amount per window to make life easier for us and you! We could charge more for large sliding doors and less for tiny bathroom windows, but at the end of the day it averages out. Incase you're wondering we count two large sliding door panes as "one window".  Don't feel any pressure to have the perfect window count, because we will update our records before we start cleaning, and let you know if that changes the price at all whether less or more.
